The co was promoted by Mrs. Mousumi Mukherjee, with the intention of developing the medical equipment industry in Bengal. Now in order to enhance a Project Understanding of Memorandum with Govt. of Netherlands to produce series of blood transfusion, infusion sets and Blood Bag with the latest medical technology as specified by the World Health Organization (WHO),CE making of European Union Food and Drug Administration of(FDA) of USA having price sensitivity. Goods manufacturing practice(GMP) under the joint inspection by the state and central government authorized concern.
